Our Truro classroom is located at 7 Queen Street (Classroom only - no office services). We are located directly across the street from Truro Superstore. Closest intersection is Queen Street and Elm Street, Goodlife Fitness is next door.

Young Drivers of Canada has a philosophy when it comes to collisions, which is that accidents are predictable and preventable. What this translates to is that the majority of the consequences of an crash can be avoided, including fatalities, injuries and specifically, insurance claims.

YD Truro offers this strategy in their courses by providing their 20 driving habits to every defensive driving program.  

Through these habits Young Drivers of Canada teaches its students how to predict and avoid any potential hazards experienced while driving. Students will learn these skills during in car lessons that can be seen as high risk with their instructors and are taught to identify those risks.  The results of those lessons offer more importantly correction and ultimately better driving skills incorporating the Collisionfree!™ Approach are learned for application on the roads for a lifetime.
