Applicable to all Contests
1. General Conditions
- The Sponsor reserves the right to:
- Cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if necessary
- Disqualify any entrant who violates these rules or engages in fraudulent activity
- By entering, participants agree to:
- Be bound by these Official Rules
- Allow the Sponsor to use their name for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law
2. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for:
- Contest administration
- Communication related to the webinar and services
and will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
3. Compliance with Laws
This Contest is subject to all applicable federal and provincial laws and regulations, including those of:
- Ontario
- Nova Scotia
- British Columbia
4. Platform Disclaimer
This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any third-party platform used to promote or host the webinar.
June 30 2026 - Webinar Contest
1. Sponsor
This contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Young Drivers of Canada (the “Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of the provinces of:
- Ontario
- Nova Scotia
- British Columbia
Participants must:
- Be the age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entry
- Be attending on behalf of a prospective student eligible for beginner driver education
Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
3. Contest Period
The Contest begins and ends on: June 30, 2026, during the live webinar titled “Why Parents Trust Young Drivers of Canada”
4. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary.
To enter:
- Register for a webinar; and
- Attend a webinar on June 30, 2026 and remain present until the end of the webinar.
- More than one webinar is expected to be held on ApJune 30 2026 and a registered attendee of any webinar will only have one (1) Contest entry no matter how many webinars are attended.
Each eligible attendee will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Contest.
Limit: One entry per person.
5. Prize
There is one (1) prize available to be won consisting of:
- A Young Drivers of Canada Beginner Driver Education Course, including:
- Online theory instruction
- In-vehicle driving lessons
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): up to $2,000 CAD
6. Prize Conditions
- The prize:
- Must be redeemed within one (1) year from June 30 2026
- Is non-transferable
- Has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Course availability is subject to the Terms and Conditions set forth at YD.com, geographic service areas and scheduling availability
- The winner (or their designated student) must meet all eligibility requirements for participation in the course
- Any additional costs not explicitly stated (e.g., licensing fees, transportation) are the responsibility of the winner
7. Winner Selection
- One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries
- The draw will take place on or about June 30 2026, following the webinar
8. Winner Notification
- The selected entrant will be contacted using the contact information provided at registration
- The selected entrant must:
- Respond within 5 business days
- Correctly answer a skill-testing question (as required by Canadian law)
If the selected entrant:
- Cannot be reached
- Fails to respond within the required timeframe
- Fails the skill-testing question
the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
9. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, where there will be more than on webinar on June 30, 2026 and eligible entries will be taken from all webinars held on that date.

Official Rules and Terms & Conditions
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING.
The Young Drivers of Canada “Win 2 Tickets to LUZIA” Contest is sponsored by Young Drivers of Canada.
1. Contest Period
The Contest begins ends on June 20, 2026 at 6 pm Eastern Time (the “Contest Period”). Entries received after the Contest Period will not be eligible.
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario, Canada who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, representatives, agents, franchisees, affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies of the Sponsor, and members of their immediate household are not eligible to enter.
The Contest is void where prohibited by law.
3. How to Enter
To enter through Instagram or Facebook during the Contest Period, an eligible entrant must:
- Like the official Contest post; and
- Comment on the Contest post by tagging or mentioning the person they would bring to LUZIA.
Limit of one entry per person during the Contest Period. Duplicate entries, automated entries, bulk entries, bot-generated entries, or entries submitted through unauthorized third-party services may be disqualified.
An entrant must use a valid social media account and must be reachable by direct message or other contact method provided to the Sponsor.
4. No Purchase Necessary Alternate Entry
To enter without using social media, send an email to marketing@yd.com during the Contest Period with the subject line “LUZIA Ticket Contest Entry” and include your full name, phone number, email address, city, and province.
Limit of one alternate entry per person. A person may not receive more than one total entry, regardless of entry method.
5. Prize
There is one prize available to be won, consisting of two tickets to Cirque du Soleil LUZIA in Toronto, Ontario.
Approximate retail value of the prize: $150 CAD.
The prize includes tickets only. Transportation, parking, accommodations, meals, beverages, insurance, personal expenses, and any other costs not expressly stated are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest.
The exact performance date, time, seat location, and delivery method will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, subject to availability.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value. No substitution will be permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
6. Winner Selection
On or about June 30, 2026, the Sponsor will conduct a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The selected entrant will be contacted by direct message, email, phone, or another available contact method. The selected entrant must respond within 48 hours of being contacted.
Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question and may be required to sign a declaration and release form confirming eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, declines the prize, or is otherwise found ineligible, the Sponsor may disqualify that entrant and select another eligible entrant.
7. Winner Announcement
The winner may be announced on Young Drivers of Canada’s website, social media channels, email, or other marketing channels using the winner’s first name, last initial, city, province, social media handle, photo, likeness, or submitted content, where permitted by law.
By accepting the prize, the winner consents to such use without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
By entering the Contest, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest if fraud, technical failures, platform errors, unauthorized intervention, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the proper administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Contest.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, uses automated entry methods, or attempts to interfere with the operation of the Contest.
9. Social Media Disclaimer
This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, Cirque du Soleil, or LUZIA, unless otherwise stated.
By entering, entrants release Instagram, Facebook, Meta, Cirque du Soleil, and LUZIA from any responsibility or liability related to the Contest.
Entrants must comply with all applicable social media platform terms and community guidelines. Entrants must not inaccurately tag content or encourage inaccurate tagging.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used only for the purpose of administering the Contest, contacting the selected entrant, awarding the prize, verifying eligibility, and otherwise fulfilling the requirements of these Official Rules.
Personal information will not be used for marketing purposes unless the entrant has separately provided consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, franchisees, employees, representatives, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, and social media platforms from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or liability arising out of or relating to participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, misuse, or inability to use the prize.
The winner and guest are responsible for complying with all venue rules, ticket terms, health and safety requirements, and event policies.
12. Governing Law
The Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
