Young Drivers Defensive Driving Techniques Increase Confidence

We believe that all accidents are predictable and preventable. What this translates to is that the majority of the consequences of any crash can be avoided, including fatalities, injuries and specifically, insurance claims. We implement this strategy in the course curriculum by providing our Collisionfree™ Approach to driving. Through this approach, Young Drivers of Canada teaches its students effective seeing habits and how to predict and avoid any potential hazards experienced on a day to day basis when driving. 

State-Of-The-Art GDL Approved Driving School

At YD, our course is government approved for graduated licensing. That means, you get a four-month benefit -- rather than waiting 12 months from the date of issue of your permit to attempt your road test, you can attempt at 8 months or any time thereafter when ready. Insurance discounts apply to YD graduates! When you complete our course, you will receive a Young Drivers certificate to provide to your insurance company.

The Collisionfree!™ Approach is delivered through a variety of learning platforms including classroom instruction, one-on-one in-car and video instruction. This varied means of teaching students ensures that students are prepared and given the proper skills to stay collision-free.
