Young Drivers Collingwood Driving School
Young Drivers of Canada State-of-the-Art Drivers Ed Programs
Safe driving at Young Drivers of Canada is based on our exclusive driver education programs that are updated every year. Driver distraction and increased traffic congestion are just a few of the challenges you will face while learning how to drive and to pass your road test. At Young Drivers, we teach new drivers the skills they need to meet the challenges of safe driving on today's roads, in addition to helping them pass the drivers test!
Your driving instructors will teach skills including freeway/highway driving, head-on collision avoidance, gravel shoulder drop-off, rear crash avoidance - just to name a few. As part of how you learn to drive, YD in-car instructors demonstrate life-saving techniques to you and you will have the opportunity to practice these skills with a professional by your side. That means when and if it happens for real - you'll know what to do!
YD Driving School Teaches How to Stay Collision-Free
Young Drivers driver training uses habits and sub-habits to demonstrate to students how to watch out for other drivers errors - mistakes that result in collisions that could have been avoided. We constantly monitor the quality of the driver ed programs offered through four levels of quality control, where Young Drivers of Canada is the ONLY ISO9001:2015 registered driving education school in Canada.
We Make Sure Our New Drivers Are Ready for the Road
Every YD student has to pass three in-class tests and two in-car evaluations, in order to make certain they are ready to drive a car on their own and take the driver's license test. In the car students will be evaluated on their defensive driving skills and with the YD simulated road test, we help YD students get ready for the real thing, thereby increasing their likelihood of passing the driving test the first time to successfully get a driver licence.
