Young Drivers Cobourg Driving School

NOTICE:

We recommend starting your online theory no sooner than one month prior to your 16th birthday in order to complete the full course within one year.

Our Cobourg location is booking approximately 3 months into the future for in-car lessons as first available in-car spaces.

Full program students need a minimum of 4-6 months to complete their in-car lessons.

Our Cobourg location is owned and operated by Norm & Joanne Bailey and Bob & Nicole MacDonald.

Our Cobourg students are taught within the Cobourg town limits and scheduled by our offices in Peterborough. Our Peterborough administration office is conveniently located at 637 The Queensway, Unit 10, at the corner of The Queensway and The Queensway Court just off the Parkway and around the corner from the DriveTest Centre. We're located on the street level of our plaza across the street from Pete’s Auto Body and Sterling Pools.

We invite you to visit us at our Peterborough office Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Young Drivers of Canada's Cobourg instructors will provide you with the confidence to drive defensively and pass your driving test. Young Drivers offers beginner driver education courses to help you pass your driver's license test, teach you how to avoid collisions, as well as providing defensive driving training. As one of Canada’s top driving schools, we believe that your driving lessons have to include emergency maneuvers and techniques to prevent the consequences of distracted driving.

G1 licence holders upon successful course completion may be able to qualify for a 4-month reduction in the 12-month minimum G1-licensing period. Qualified Young Drivers graduates can also potentially benefit from a potential reduction in insurance premiums.
