Young Drivers of Canada Instructor Goes the Extra Mile

At Young Drivers of Canada we pride ourselves on providing driving skills for life. Our approach to driver education includes a component of online education, in class lessons and of course in-car lessons. Each student is provided the best possible driver education when they take our course. It is always a pleasure to receive feedback from our students and their parents on a job well done. We received this email from a parent who wanted to let us know how appreciative she was and the care that was taken to teach her son how to drive. Congratulations to Robert!
This email is to let you know how delighted we were as a family with your driving instructor Mr Paul Cavalieri, who taught our son for about eight months.

Our son Robert took driving lessons with Mr Cavalieri between August 2015 and April 2016. Robert started the lessons with very little practical driving experience, having just passed the G1 knowledge test and attended a week of classroom training with your driving school.

Mr Cavalieri took time at the very beginning to explain to us the lesson plan for the coming months, and made excellent suggestions for the spacing of the lessons. It was clear from the start that he would make careful use of the package that we had chosen, using each lesson to the full and with great timing.

Mr Cavalieri was extremely punctual for each lesson; and it was a pleasure for us parents to see our son arrive back home with a huge grin every single time – obviously very happy with the way the lessons were going.

Mr Cavalieri ensured that Robert was ready for the G2 driving test, not only by covering all the requirements very thoroughly and ensuring Robert had plenty of relevant practice, but also by giving our son very positive feedback with his progress. We all appreciated Mr Cavalieri’s positive attitude throughout the course.

Robert passed the G2 test first time (on April 15) – which was wonderful. Even after this, Mr Cavalieri took time again to give some helpful advice for the way ahead, both to Robert and also to us parents, to ensure Robert’s continued progress with driving and preparation for the further G test.

Thank you very much indeed – and please pass on our thanks to Mr Cavalieri as well.

With warm regards,
M.C.
